Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Judith and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Placer and Sacramento County areas. I come from a psychodynamic process. I believe that we are all shaped by our past experiences and how we were raised. Change is affected by working in the present while taking into account the effects of our past experiences on our current functioning in the world. The key to effective and lasting change comes from intergrating the two worlds together along with the support of family, friends and a good psychotherapist to help along the way.

Change is a collborative process where you will determine your goals in treatment and together we will see what we can do through communication, processing, and intergration of past traumatic events. My goal for you is to help you learn how to be present in the moment, work through those past and present challenges and enjoy your lives to the fullest.

I Specialize in the treatment of:

Individual, Couples and Group Therapy  for those dealing with Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Infidality, Divorce and Seperations, Chronic Pain and Illness, Grief and Recovery, Additions, Parenting Issues, and Communication.
